Return & Refund Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with CWint AB a.k.a Custom Wheels Disc Sports! We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

 

Returns (Sweden and International)

You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@customwheelsdiscsports.com  to obtain a return authorization. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.

 

Refunds (Sweden and International)

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Shipping (International)

For international returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Damaged or Defective Items (Sweden and International)

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@customwheelsdiscsports.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as necessary.
